Unknown Potential is a platform for experienced independent recruitment consultants. It provides the infrastructure — back-office, compliance, invoicing, contracts — that lets consultants bill independently without the overhead of running their own agency.

To make that work, we needed a CRM that matched how independent consultants actually work: without a team of ops staff, without weeks of training for every new tool, and without enterprise pricing that erodes the economics.

We built Recruitment AI for that. When it became clear the platform had value beyond the Unknown Potential framework — when agencies started asking about accessing it directly — we made it available as a standalone SaaS.

When we built autopilot mode, we built it because we knew what it was like to spend a Monday morning clearing an inbox of interview requests and manually updating the ATS. The feature exists because the problem was real, not because it was technically interesting.
