What data we collect

Do you have to give us your data?
No. You do not have to give us any personal data. We only ask for what we need to respond to you, for example your name and email address. Without those, we cannot reply to your enquiry or book a call.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business, and only so they can provide their service to us:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
- Calendly LLC handles call bookings and processes the details you enter when you book.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) provides our email and handles emails you send to us and that we send to you.
We may also share data with our professional advisers, such as our accountants, or where the law requires us to.
International transfers
Vercel, Calendly and Microsoft are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. All three are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US data bridge), which the UK government recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data sent to certified US organisations.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and contact data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. We keep client and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing robert@recruitmentai.ai.
